The "Entry Promise Page" is a free feature for keeping track of the projected entry size
in the classes (by breed) for upcoming shows - in order to assist exhibitors in determining
which shows will be majors. Many call this "major building".
To see the current promises, and possibly make a promise of your own:
- First, create a User ID (free) - to get access to the site.
- Display a report for your breed that contains the show(s) in question.
Do that from the Basic Features page (also called the Create a New Search page),
or from the Saved Searches page (members).
- Then go to the Promise Page by clicking on the show date - DAY (Mon to Sun).
- From that point, just follow the instructions.
- Note that you can change or delete an entry promise.
- Also note that you do not need to reveal who you in making a promise.
Note that the Entry Promise screen also contains the point count for that breed for that AKC Division.
