Wow. This is one of the single most political judges I have had the displeasure of watching. Large entry. But if there were two particular handlers in a class then they would be placed 1&2. If they weren't in the class then the next best known handlers were placed. Even the other handlers were commenting on how blatant this was. Save your money, unless you hire the right handler.
