Very very political. put up a terrible dog because of the handler... DNS unless you have a handler connected to the KC that day.

Seems to like small boxers

I would not show to this judge if there were a lot of handlers at the show. He put up a puppy for winners bitch that had bad movement over 2 good moving bitches. It was shown by a handler. Feel that his other judging was fair for those not shown by the handler.

While I don't know what he'd pick in a large entry, I can say that this is a man to whom I would take shy dogs, puppies, and the like. He has a good way with them & he's kind. He worked with my shy bitch and had a nice chat with me afterwards. Good man & good judge.

Did good job in danes. Was not political, awarded bob, and wb to owner handlers over several pro handlers in the ring. Very polite and seemed to be enjoying his assignment.

Wish he was as well-acquainted with the standard as he was with the handlers he was putting up. Small entry, and he completely botched the judging of TWO class dogs...put up a way inferior dog with a handler over a beautiful young dog with a junior handler. Will NOT waste my money under him again.

Dr. Gill went over each dog carefully and gave each dog time to move and be evaluated. I agreed with his placings. I found him fair and thorough and will show to him again.

total politics...don't waste your money unless you can hire a known handler.

His judging has improved greatly. He is more methodical and looks for a balanced, well moving dog with expression. I am so glad to see that he has gotten better the more he has judged. Will show to again.

Making very poor choices. Will show to him again when he has more experience.

He put up handlers over some nice dogs that were owner handled.

Showed to this judge in Kingsport TN on May 21. Seemed like he was more interested in having his lunch that day than looking at the dogs. He also had long rambling conversations with Professional Handlers whom he awarded ribbons to before he judged the dogs. I definitely won't be showing to him again!!! Very dissappointing!!!

Very good with puppies, did a good job in Smooth Dachsies. Did not seem to put up "faces". Seemed very consistent in what he liked.

Actually does a decent job of judging my breed. He does NOT want any "product" (chalk, makeup, etc.) - especially on faces and is on the lookout for it. He's fine in my book, even tho I've not won points under him so far...

Does not display a good knowledge of structure or movement. Can be pleasant, but he consistently puts up his friends. DNS

Couldn't agree more with "putting friends up!" If there is someone from texas, don't bother showing to him! was very good with puppies, though.

Personabal, and pleasant to show to. But...Political. Also, will not consider natural ears, at least in boxers, so save your money.

very political. puts up faces. save your money

Puts up his friends period. don't bother

He likes whatever the pros are showing - not worth an entry if you show your own dogs.
