Love this judge for puppies! Very gentle, doesn't mind puppy antics. Seems to like a refined dog over a coarse one, ones a bit on the smaller side than the larger. Would show to him any time

Gave a handler RWD with a puppy, and her other Special BOB over the top dobe in US. Left me with the impression not judging dogs, must be one of this handler's "judges". On my DNS list now.

If you want to win, get a boxer handler. Put up completely disparate types. The only commonality across several breeds was the handler.

Gave a Group 1 placement to a sporting dog that completely lacked breed type. Don't think I will be giving any entries to this judge after observing his judging.

Brought a 6 1/2 month puppy boy to him last weekend - what a GREAT time in the ring. Mr Sinclair gave us extra go-rounds for practice (or DID he want to see my puppy longer??; he did say, "You're gonna have FUN with THIS boy!!"), but then he did give the group to the expected "it" dog - oh well. Great judge? I don't know - GREAT judge to take a new pup to get his paws wet?? Absolutely!

What a wonderful judge. Very patient with my 6-9 puppy dog in the class and moved some feet where he wanted them. Awarded my puppy WD over some nice competition with many professional handlers for his very first two points. Mr Sinclair gave us some words of encouragment during photos and said to keep going with the owner handling. He wanted to see more of us out in the ring and that I had a beautiful example of the breed. Will definitely show to him again.

Would definitely show to him again. He was very pleasant and patient. Our 7 month old puppy had an accident in the ring, but he calmly and patiently waited for us to clean it up- even chatted & joked with us while we did it. Then, he let her try the down & back again. He does like a little more substance than my 19 month old had or he said he would have put her up in a heartbeat (he really did like her and gladly gave her RWB), but I still agreed with his choices. I also watched as a Pro-handler in another breed who said he had the WD/BOW wins "in the bag" (because he & Mr. Sinclair were "friends") lose under him to better dogs. So, he doesn't necessarily look up the lead either.

Every dog he put up was overwieght and out of condition. This is a running/coursing breed, not a couch potato!
