The hugs and kisses, jokes and super friendly greetings with some of the bigger faces handling our breed was noted by ALL of the rest of us unwashed masses. As former chairman of the board for the AKC he should know that his behavior is representative of much more than a single man with poor professional sense. And his picks were predictable. The AKC a and our sport suffers from this behavior and everyone needs to put their foot down. Just wrong. |

showed to Mr Menaker when he replaced another judge-this was an impossible situation- it was 87 degrees in a metal building no air conditioning- Mr Menaker was very considerate of the dogs and the people |

What a joke! Very arrogant and never really looked at the dogs. Caught him looking at people in the audience while dogs were doing their up and back. Probably looking to see who was watching him. Picked all women all day. Will save my money and never show to him again. |

corrupt political hack. Worth showing to if you are "somebody" to him, or better yet, your handler is one of the golden inner circle. Gag. |

More consistency in who holds the lead than in what wears the lead. |

I don't think he is particularly interested in our breed and it shows in the ring - it is an opportunity to put up faces and move on. |

Found him extremely pleasant to show to. Seemed to judge dogs on the day, and gave a WB the breed over several specials. Although I didn't win, I could follow his judging. |

Not political in his placements of Mals. Movement, type, and substance weighed heavily in his placements. The best dogs won under him on this day. He looked at my puppy, but awarded the more mature dogs. Very nice, gentle judge. Good with puppies. Does expect you to pay attention in his ring. I heard him more than once get a bit aggravated that an exhibitor wasn't paying attention. Can't blame him. |

He did a very nice job with a small Kom entry. Really seemed to enjoy the breed & I think overall quality, balance, & type played in his placements. Will show to again, |

I have showed to this judge a few times. He pretends to look at the dogs but is actually looking at faces, handler faces - he also does not give you the courtesy of watching your dog on the down and back since he already knows who he is going to put up as soon as the faces walk into the ring. I think he is capable of doing a good job judging dogs - he would just rather do things for buddies!! |
