| Like the way the Judge worked, his ring procedure and his demeanor. I don't think he knew the breed very well based on what dog he put up for breed, but the handler was sure happy for the win! | ||||||||

| It was long show day, but Mr.Windsor was staying consistently nice and made our show experience (we literally were last thing at his ring at about 4PM!) very positive. We need more people like this judging dogs, so exhibitors will feel welcome. | ||||||||

| Had plenty of time to watch this Judge over the weekend. Both in numerous breeds and in the Groups. I was impressed how his hound exams were, and he took his time. It appears that he focuses on structure and movement. He is not in ANY way political. He put up both owner handlers and Pro's as he judged the dogs. I would encourage anyone to enter under Judge Windsor. | ||||||||

| He is very quiet so pay attention. Goes over the dogs thoroughly and watches movement. Does not appear to be intimidated by handlers or looking up the lead. | ||||||||
