Absolutely the worst judge we've ever shown to. Seemed completely disinterested in the dogs, doesn't check bites, never checked testicles, never touched any of the dogs beyond a cursory pat on the head...no exam at all! Turned his back on dogs moving. Didn't give the crossover to a dog who needs one major to finish....it was the only one in its sex,the other sex was a big fat major. I wouldn't show to this man again if he were judging in our backyard, and he will NEVER be on the judging panel of our big cluster. Flat out...the man needs to retire! |

Here this judge is extremely political, doesn't look at dogs until it's on a handler. Chats and jokes with handlers in the ring while other dogs are doing down & back or going around. Seems very uninterested in his assignment, looks to be a waste of his time really. |

Doesn't even bother to pretend to look at the dogs in his ring unless he's judging a group. Seemed to want to get through assignments as quickly as possible so he could go socialize. All groups I saw him judge were a different story. Is very thorough there and gives every impression of knowing his stuff, but if he's not interested enough in judging classes and breeds to show exhibitors even a modicum of attention or courtesy, he should stop doing it. |

in contrast to previous posters, I found the judge to be efficient & to the point. Did watch dogs on down & back & around as evidenced by ringside pictures. Found a few often overlooked dogs of high quality for group placements. Mine wasnt one of them, but I'd give him another chance. Bit of a tooth fairy in a breed that normally shows bite & occlusion only. |

Turned his back on us after he told us to go around. Did not watch a single step. Did not check the bite. Watching him judge other breeds, he also turned his back or was watching dogs outside the ring, not the go around. I found this really rude. |

Judged the speciality in Nj and had horrible ring procedure. Was very quick on the exam and barely looked at dogs going around the ring. For a specialty show he is definitely not worth having as a judge and the word from the exhibitors at this show is that they will not go to him in the future |
