| Have to agree with others, he sure does appreciate good looking puppies. He also had no problem to put BBE dog over open class dog with well known handler. BBE was moving better and open class was giving to handler hard time, even was groomed to perfection... So AMHO he is looking for good movement over the good grooming AND doesn't really judge the faces. Has plenty of patience with green dogs and beginners handlers. Clear ring procedure. Will show to him again, if in area. Update: looks to me he enjoys good black and black/silver dogs and will move those up when possible. | ||||||||

| This judge knows his standards and breed specific way to judge each. Very nice ring procedure. I didn't always agree with his choices but in most breeds I saw why he did what he did. Did not have any color bias I could see. Looked at structure and movement but didn't always get it right. I would give him another chance were he to travel back. I would try to bring entries with excellent type and good structure. | ||||||||

| What a pleasure to show to this judge. Very apparent that he is judging the dogs and looking for the best animals in the ring. Will re-gate, re-examine to confirm his thoughts, before making a decision. Chose the best dogs in the ring for the breeds I observed, and won't hesitate to put up a deserving puppy over older dogs. | ||||||||

| Wonderful judge. Nice guy but if he knows you or his partner does then you got an in with the dachshunds. You just better hope there is not some one else in the ring he knows better or who is a BIG fish at least for BOV. He is not afraid to put up color. | ||||||||

| Loves puppies, put them up consistently. Loves brindle whippets. I do not have either, just watched other breeds and noticed. | ||||||||

| Put up my breed by girl for bow a major. she is a red standard wirehair not a common color, plus I have bad ankles knees and do not get down on the ground have my dogs free stack. very gently with dogs, nice to handlers and really seem to enjoy judging knows a good front in dachshunds. judge the dogs. put up the best dogs | ||||||||

| Had the guts to put the BBE class bitch up for breed over the specials. My bitch made the cut in the group under Michelle Billings. I think he judged the dogs, not specials and who was handling. | ||||||||
