Initial Breed: Portuguese Water Dogs

Sally began breeding and showing Miniature Schnauzers in 1978, in New Jersey. She quickly became a professional handler of all breeds, with emphasis in terriers. She met her husband Mark George at dog shows in Texas and decided to move west and marry. The couple enjoyed a great deal of success, including winning the group at Westminster in 1989 with the Soft Coated Wheaten Ch Andover Song n Dance Man. Mark & Sally have two sons and in 2009 Sally decided that being home for her children trumped being on the road every weekend so she she retired from handling and submitted a judging application. She and her family reside in Sonoma, CA where they share their home currently with two Brussels Griffons and two Irish terriers. She has judged a few of the best shows in the states already including the prestigious terrier shows Montgomery weekend, as well as the huge Louisville cluster.
