Initial Breed: Irish Setters & English Springers [Worcath]

I started showing dogs in 1971 with an Irish Setter. He was not a great show dog but was a great hunting dog. In 1973, I purchased a show bitch and joined the Canadian Kennel Club. Irish Setters and English Springers were bred under the Worcath Kennel name for many years. Springers became our main breed and we had great success. Many were finished in USA, Canada and Bermuda. Beagles, a Smooth Fox and a co-owned Doberman also joined the Worcath Kennel. I have handled most other breeds thoroughout the years in both Canada and the USA. Licensed for all breeds since 2007, I have had the privilege to judge in Canada, Australia, Indonesia, South Africa and USA. A retired automotive technician, my hobbies include slow pitch ball, golf and travel.
