Initial Breed: Cairn Terriers & Papillons [Nanrich]

Richard, along with his wife, started in purebred dogs in 1966 and they still breed, own and exhibit Cairn Terriers and Papillons. A Life Member of the Canadian Kennel Club and was on the Board of Directors of the CKC for 12 years, retiring from the Board in 2002. Started judging in 1989 with the Terrier Group. He has also judged internationally in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Japan, Indonesia and Mexico.
