Initial Breed: West Highland White TerriersBarbara has been active in Beagles since 1950. She is actively breeding and showing mainly in New England. She judged the National Beagle Club Specialty in 2003 and is approved to judge Terrier Group, Toy Group, Beagles, Poodles, Spaniels (English Cocker), Junior Showmanship (All Breeds) and Best in Show. Barbara judged the Terrier Group at Westminster in 2002, 40 years after going Best In Show there with her West Highland White Terrier in 1962.
